The rain – miraculously – held off for our Milngavie Medley. Most of the time, anyway. And it certainly didn’t dampen our fun!            

Poets from Two Continents

Leela Soma, resplendent in her sari, and Tawona Sithole entertained a captive audience for an hour of storytelling, poetry and music from Asia and Africa. “More events like this one please” was one of the many great comments we got on our questionnaires.

Flutes en Route: another great music event!

Our Flutes-en-Route concert went splendidly! The performances were superb and the lovely character of the performers came over beautifully. Wine, refreshments and plenty of chat made for a warm and friendly evening. And it looks like the event attracted new members for Milngavie Music Club’s International Series. So a great success all round!
