A fun, lively and interactive event to celebrate the 30th anniversary of this delightful picture book by Janet & Allan Ahlberg. The wonderful descriptive and rhythmic language of ‘Peepo!’ is brought to life in this fabulous event including songs, games and storytelling. Ages 2+

Jake and Dixie: Super Magic Lightning Boy, by Scott McIntyre

Come along and meet debut author Scott McIntyre and hear him read from his successful first picture book ‘Jake and Dixie: Super Magic Lightning Boy’. There will be lots of fun activities including, colouring in, dot to dot and story writing. Scott has enjoyed great success with his first book and has had a lot of coverage in the national press and has also appeared on TV. Ages 4-7

Have a go at turning wicked ideas into cartoons and try out Moira’s secret drawing tips. It’s even more exciting if you think you’re rubbish at drawing. Cloudberry Castle with Janey Louise Jones

Ballet-themed event with the author most famous for the Princess Poppy books. Her new book, Cloudberry Castle, is a lovely story about ballet-mad Katie Mackenzie and her dream of turning an old castle her family has inherited into the best ballet school in Scotland. Come dressed in your ballet/princess outfit and enjoy crafts and ballet demonstrations. Ages 6-9
